Through the practice of yoga the Retreat will guide you through the process of letting-go: setting down your burdens and giving you space to remember yourself, to reflect and to reconnect. Reconnect with your breath, your inner peace and silence. Slow down, open your heart-space and gather your courage for your adventure.

The yoga shala has spectacular views across the Ocean from our village rooftop. It is fully equipped so that you are cushioned and supported and tucked in for your evening practice. A wonderful place to salute the Sun, welcome each new dawn and bow to the Sun setting beyond the Atlantic. It is fully equipped with props such as mats, Yoga blocks, belts, bolsters, eye-pillows and blankets.

Chloe Sze

Chloe is an experienced Yoga teacher who has an upbeat and cheerful personality. She aims to share her passion and knowledge of Yoga with her students; while empowering them by showing that they are capable of more than they believe in a safe and injury-free way. Her teaching style is dynamic and playful yet therapeutic which helps to strengthen the body, calm the mind and open the heart.


Gabriella Lai

Gabriella is a 500-hour certified Yoga teacher, who has been dedicating her teaching to guide her students to awaken their full potentials through skilful application of physical alignment, in order to create ease and stability in their practice. Students are beneficial by discovering more space (freedom) both physically and mentally.
